San Antonio European Auto Repair

I've been taking my 2009 Audi A5 there for a long time now, I won't trust anyone else to do oil changes other than the folks at Autobahn.

I'd say they know what they're doing.

I took my car in last week for a transmission flush. They where very friendly and informative. decent pricing also. Car is running smoothly now!!

I am dropping my Volkswagen off this morning for major maintenance. Timing belt, Water pump, Engine seals, and Drive belt repair. When I went in to visit about the repairs the front desk staff were all very helpful and professional. Will review again after all repairs are completed.

I love going to Autobahn. I've never had a bad experience like the last person did. However, one should have a sense of understanding; the mechanics at Autobahn are tough-as-nails, middle-aged to slightly older men. They're not going to let some random person off the street just "borrow" one of their jacks. Even if that person has the full intention of bringing the jack back, how are they supposed to know that? Anyhow, my father took his '01 BMW 535i there several times and I've brought my '98 Isuzu Trooper to them twice; once for the starter and just recently for the alternator. Both times were a bit expensive for my and my husband's tastes, but their work is worth the price. Always recommend, will always go there. That is, if you have the budget for their prices. They won't use cheap parts because they would rather see a customer once for a certain problem.

Great job! I have been using Autobahn for over 10 years now and have never had any kind of problems. They do not fix something that is not broken. On several occasions I have taken one of my cars or truck suspecting something serious and expensive to fix and it turned out to be something minor and inexpensive to repair. They are honest about what needs to be done! I recommend them to everyone and with any make of car or truck. Thank you Autobahn.

My wife and I have been bringing our 1994 Volvo 850T to Autobahn for over 3 years and have never had a bad experience. The car is almost always completed the same day I bring it in unless they are unable to get a part. The quality of the repair is equal to that which I received at the Volvo dealer and cost about half what I paid at the dealer. Reid and Tommy are friendly and always help me to fix the problem with the least amount of cost. These people are a blessing to do business with.

I recently had a blow out and needed some assistance with a Jack since my vehicle did not have one. When I asked the man at the front If he could assist me I got a very bad attitude from him and was told that he didn't have anybody to help me nor did he have a Jack he could loan me. I found that kind of sad being that they are an auto service business. So I even offered to pay him If he would help me n basically got every excuse in the book. All this taken place while I have a 5 month old with me. I don't know How they conduct business this way. I would never ever bring one of my vehicles here nor would I ever refer a friend or family member here!!!
