Rude rude staff! Spoke to supposedly supervisor “Mark. As I called to check to see what type of maintenance services they provide since seems my car has an electrical issue or ESP issue I want to make sure I’m not wasting my time with another shop. I explained how the car isn’t even recognizing my key and seems if anything that It could be stuck in theft mode or I’m not 100% sure why the car won’t turn on. Right after that he started accusing me of my car being stolen just because I told him that my key was not being detected by my car and just straight up referred me to Mercedes Benz dealership saying I had to proof my ownership. If I have my title and my car is under My name why the hell do I have to proof anything? I’m trying to figure out what’s wrong with my car not pay extra towing fees because your thinking I stole my car. Very unprofessional to just straight off the back accuse someone of that. Either your going to help me figure out what’s wrong with the car or not.
We don’t have any records of a customer under this name. A replacement key from the dealer will require proof of ownership, we try and prepare our customers so they don’t have to make two trips.
